Reliability design starts with components
Since the components used in electronic ballasts and electronic transformers are the quality standards provided by the suppliers and only have some main indicators, the electronic ballasts and electronic transformers for energy-saving lamps can only be designed according to their nominal parameters. Circuit. The ballasts and transformers designed by rigid multiple combination are very difficult and the reliability is difficult to guarantee. Some companies simply look for some better-made products to copy the board. I use the capacitors you use. I also follow the transistor you used. The result is still unreliable. It should be pointed out here that although the components you buy and the components on the copied products are the same model, or even the same factory, there are some specific indicators that are quite different, but you may not find them. Such as: magnetic material temperature characteristics, frequency characteristics, initial permeability, effective permeability and other parameters, although the same model, the same material, the dispersion of the same batch and the difference between different batches is far away, can not be used. Reliability and component selection

Where the voltage is high, where the current is high, which components are high temperature, etc., must be considered comprehensively; the layout design must be given enough attention. Take the resistor as an example: the resistors in the circuit are used in a large amount, and generally used are 1/4W and 1/2W. When selecting the type, the quality of the carbon film, metal film and metal oxide film should be considered. They are the same in the circuit, but the stability and reliability are quite different, and the cost is also quite different. The carbon film resistor has the lowest price, but the resistance value is greatly affected by high temperature, and it is well tolerated by high and low temperature. It can be used in places where the resistance accuracy is not high, such as the trigger charging resistance of energy-saving lamps, which is cheap and good. The selection of capacitors is much more difficult. The commonly used capacitors are roughly divided into foil capacitors, metallization capacitors and composite membrane capacitors. When choosing, not only the volume and span, but also its functional characteristics and scope of application are considered. For example, the foil capacitor CBB13 can withstand a large charge and discharge current, but the volume is large and the cost is high. The metallized capacitor has a small volume and good high frequency characteristics. If CL21 is used as an output capacitor for electronic transformers, the effect is better and the price is lower. Therefore, when designing the circuit, it is necessary to fully understand the characteristics of the components and use them reasonably, and then consider the supporting cost on the premise of satisfying the reliability.
