Dishwasher market is expected to be introduced in the next year

Recently, "Small rags, big problems!" The announcement of the results of China's kitchen hygiene survey and the press conference for Siemens Dishwasher & Brightener Detergents' overall solutions were held in Beijing. After the conference, the director of the Institute of Clean Technology of China Household Electrical Appliances Research Institute Lu Jianguo accepted an exclusive interview with reporters.

A reporter asked: First of all, I would like to ask a question from Director Lu: When attending the home appliance industry technology roadmap meeting, you heard a small story, saying that when you went to the mall, you encountered consumers buying related types of products. Recommending dishwashers to them was mistaken for childcare and was rejected. How do you understand the products of the dishwasher? What does the domestic consumer like to understand?

Lu Jianguo said: The key is that our consumer thinking is relatively fixed, that disinfection cabinets can be sterilized, and the dishwasher is rejected. Now, most consumers don't know much about the beginning of the dishwasher, so they don't know too much about it. Dishwashers are called dishwashers in Europe, and they are just getting used to the idea that Western life is quite different from ours, so it is not suitable for Chinese consumers.

We also have this understanding in the original industry. But in 2006, we had a dishwasher testing method that was a national standard. We conducted research on dishwashers, including testing. Our country had a dishwasher industry as early as twenty years ago, but because there was no specific product at that time, it had not been done. Later, we put the national standards into practice. Through research, we have found that dishwashers are indeed recommended kitchen products. In particular, I visited Siemens home appliances in Munich in 2009. They gave me a data. The power consumption of the dishwasher once was about 0.09 degrees, and the water consumption was also a few tenths of a litre. Later came back to do experiments, the results show that this data is true.

Therefore, after this one time, we decided to do it. First of all, we will publicize the advantages of the dishwasher. From the information we just got at the meeting, health and safety should be cleaned first. In fact, our current consumer washing of dishes is mainly about looking at cleanliness and cleanliness. I believe in my own eyes. This is the habit of Chinese consumers. Looking at things clean is not necessarily clean. We now have a laboratory for sterilization, and placing it under the microscope is another phenomenon. Therefore, sterilization, health, and health, especially the information we just discussed at the meeting, are very important. First of all, it is a reminder to consumers, and secondly, the thinking of our consumers' consumers should change.

In addition, through our experiments there is a feeling that the dishwasher is called the dishwasher in Europe, but it can not only wash the dishes, like our bowls, cups can be washed, and can be washed very clean. From experiments, the contaminants of tableware are meat, tea, eggs, butter, vegetables, etc., but all those that are difficult to wash in life can be washed out. Therefore, as a professional, it is also a new understanding of the dishwasher through experiments. Although it is unrealistic for consumers to transfer this idea together, we have also noticed that consumers have recently paid more attention to dishwashers through media and industry promotion. There is now such a good phenomenon that the industry has a new understanding of this dishwasher.

We at least reached a consensus that dishwashers are still applicable in our country. And for now, according to macroeconomic policies, we call for sustainable development. When it comes to the use of electricity for water, it is certainly a matter of saving water, and there are many festivals. I casually did a test. If 10% of the people in Beijing use a dishwasher, the amount of water saved in a year is the water of a Kunming Lake. It is very impressive, so it is worth propaganda. But it takes time to convince consumers.
