Liu Xiaomin, the first power supply manager, personally directed the opening of two Alec generators. At the same time, he contacted the lighting control room to start the stadium lighting. The test lasted for 3 hours. Subsequently, a single generator with a competition lighting load test was conducted at 12 noon and 1 pm. The test time for the No. 1 generator and the No. 2 generator was one hour, and the test was restored to two generators at 2 pm. Full load. The entire trial lasted for 6 hours and ended smoothly at 3 pm. During the entire test, the lighting of the stadium was normal and no abnormalities occurred.
During the test, the temporary power generation group Zhao Zhiguo recorded the current, voltage, and box temperature and other related data in detail.
The lighting of the stadium is the top priority of the power security work during the Olympic Games. Its safe power supply is of great significance to ensure the smooth running of the competition. This test effectively checked the operation of the generator, the actual load capacity of the UPS unit and other equipment, the quality of the power supply and the impact of the switching method on the lighting load of the competition, and also the inspection of the power supply operation team command system.
After the test, the power-saving team carried out the data sorting and analysis and summary work in a timely manner, and accumulated valuable experience for the power security of the venue lighting during the game.
