Xiamen abandoned energy-saving lamp processing center site selection ring east sea area

The abandoned energy-saving lamp processing center in Xiamen will be located in the East China Sea area, and the waste energy-saving lamps will be treated in a harmless manner, and the treatment process will not cause secondary pollution. Yesterday, the reporter learned from the NLD Municipal Committee that the special report of the NLD Municipal Committee on the recycling of discarded energy-saving lamps has been approved by the city's major project leading group.

It is understood that this special report is also a party proposal of the NLD Municipal Committee during the plenary session of the CPPCC this year. The proposal said that Xiamen City is one of the four major energy-saving lamp production bases in China. If there is no corresponding recycling system, the waste energy-saving lamps will bring huge pollution to the environment.

The NLD Municipal Party Committee said that mercury is an essential part of energy-saving fluorescent lamps, which can greatly improve the light efficiency of the light source, but it is a toxic substance. They suggested that the city should establish a recycling and recycling system for waste energy-saving lamps as soon as possible.

At present, the relevant departments have formed a preliminary construction plan. The first phase of the processing center may be wholly-owned by Xiamen Tongshida Lighting Co., Ltd., or led by Tongshida. After obtaining the corresponding processing qualifications, the processing center will provide services to other energy-saving lamp manufacturers in the city. The second phase will meet the needs of energy-saving lamp manufacturers, taking into account the recycling of civilian energy-saving lamps.

The project is planned to be located in the existing site of the Tongshida energy-saving light source manufacturing base in the East China Sea. The treatment center will use the world-class technology of waste energy-saving lamp processing technology and equipment imported from Sweden to harm the waste energy-saving lamps. The treatment process will not cause secondary pollution.
