This converter supports a 15V output voltage with a maximum power of 160W and achieves a power density of 404W/in³. Additionally, Vicor has launched a 375W module in a 4623ChiP package (1.89x0.90x0.29 inches), with a nominal input voltage of 275V (ranging from 120V to 420V) and a 24V output, achieving an impressive power density of 775W/in³.
