Low-power LED lighting bulbs attract market attention

According to experts, in terms of electric lights, energy-saving lamps are a common saying. The scientific name is a self-ballasted fluorescent lamp for general lighting, also known as a compact fluorescent lamp. Because its lumens per watt (the unit for measuring the efficiency of an electric light source) is much higher than that of an ordinary incandescent lamp, that is, in the case of the same brightness, the self-ballasted fluorescent lamp for general illumination consumes far less energy than incandescent lamps. Therefore, people call it an energy-saving lamp. From the theory and in fact, when the gas discharge type illuminating lamp emits light, it generates a large amount of heat, and about half of the electric energy is wasted. This phenomenon is not much different from the incandescent lamp. In this regard, Li Guangnan, the inventor of the low-power LED lighting bulb, said that strictly speaking, comparing incandescent lamps, the current energy-saving lamps are just a kind of energy-saving lamps, not really energy-saving lamps.

Li Guangnan said that as long as the semiconductor cold light source is properly designed, most of the electric energy can be converted into light energy, and its heat loss can be neglected regardless of the illumination time. The long-term power-on inspection test results show that when the light source is used to make various general lighting bulbs, the average power consumption ratio is more than 1:6 compared with the energy-saving lamps; when making various road lighting bulbs, and other gas-type Compared with lamps, the average power consumption ratio can reach more than 1:3.

So far, the traditional light bulbs are completely destroyed when there is a fault inside, but the semiconductor cold light source can be made into a multi-channel controlled margin light source. When individual components or circuits fail, it does not affect the normal operation of other illuminators, which is an unprecedented advancement in the field of lighting. In addition, the design also has good flexibility, and can design and produce bulbs of various shapes and specifications according to different customer needs. In addition, because the semiconductor cold light source is a solid device, the bulb has a simple internal structure and high reliability, and is highly adaptable in various harsh environments such as vibration, flammability, explosion, corrosion, salt spray and high humidity.

According to reports, semiconductor cold light source is not only energy-saving, safe and reliable, but also has the characteristics of little pollution, good light margin, etc. The various excellent performances of semiconductor light-emitting diodes and the large number of applications of the products prove that in the current situation, as the illumination source, the semiconductor The cost performance of the cold light source is the best. In addition to the mining and production of raw materials, the environmental pollution index is very low from the production, combination and recycling of the original parts, and the faulty products can be recycled.
