U.S. PV double tax rates are expected to be withdrawn

It is reported that China takes a principled approach to this round of consultations and proposes two principles for conducting consultations: 1. We must withdraw SolarWorld’s allegations of “anti-dumping” and “countervailing subsidies” for Chinese PV companies in the United States; 2. The United States must first cancel The previously set tax rates (ie countervailing 2.9% to 4.73%, anti-dumping 31.14% to 249.96%). If this round of consultations is officially conducted, China's photovoltaic cell and module companies will be expected to again export to the United States. Undoubtedly, this will add another advantage to the current Chinese PV industry.
