[High-tech LED News] It is reported that the United States Toshiba Electronic Components (TAEC) has introduced two new LED driver products - TB62D701 and TB62771. Both will be used for lighting such as LCD TVs, display backlights, area lighting, signage and traffic signals.
The TB62D701 and TB62771 products integrate a DC-DC boost controller and multiple power MOSFETs to control current. The Toshiba's cutting-edge mixed-signal submicron silicon process technology is used to integrate the driver and other components on a single chip that senses pulses as low as 500ns.
