These standards include "Detailed Specifications for Power LEDs for Semiconductor Optoelectronic Devices", "Test Methods for Semiconductor Light-Emitting Diodes", "Sapphire Substrate for Gallium Nitride Based Light Emitting Diodes", "Phosphors for Semiconductor Light Emitting Diodes", and "Power Semiconductor Light Emitting Diodes". Chip Technology Specification, "Semiconductor LED Chip Test Method", "Semiconductor Optoelectronic Device Low Power LED Blank Detail Specification", "Semiconductor LED Product Series Spectrum" and "Semiconductor Lighting Terminology", covering LED materials, chips, devices And related testing methods and other fields.

Local standards have also blossomed in the first half of this year. On January 22nd, Shanghai released the "Code for Construction and Acceptance of Lighting Projects Using LED Technology Part 1: Construction Specifications" and "Code for Construction and Acceptance of Lighting Projects Using LED Technology Part 2: Acceptance Specifications". On March 29, Jiangxi passed the local standard for LED street lights. On April 15, Shaanxi officially implemented the local standard for "LED lights for road lighting". In May, Nanchang City issued two local standards: "LED Tube Lights for Indoor Lighting" and "LED Bulbs for Indoor Lighting". Hubei Province issued the "LED Road Lighting" standard.

At present, domestic standards have not yet formed a systematic system, and the situation of chaotic industry standards has not changed. China's LED standards are in a multi-management state. The standardization bodies involved in LED standards include the "Industrial and Information Industry Department Semiconductor Lighting Technology Standards Working Group" (referred to as the LED Standard Working Group) and the "National Lighting Appliance Standardization Technical Committee" (referred to as the Lighting Standards Committee). Will), "Industrial and Information Industry Department Flat Panel Display Technology Standard Working Group" (referred to as the Flat Panel Display Standard Working Group).

At present, China's lighting standard system is basically based on reference to international standards and European and American standards, lacking corresponding independent research work, it is difficult to provide technical support for the standard. The development of international standards usually has relatively complete systems and procedures. The main role of some international companies is the research team, which focuses on the actual test data and model establishment. GLII estimates that LED basic standards should be completed within two years, while related standards for applied products take longer.

Looking forward to the next two years, there will be more standards. The standard will regulate the market at the legal and technical level, so that the industry will get out of the mixed situation as soon as possible.

At present, the link between standards and patents is getting closer and closer, and both developed and multinational companies are striving to turn patents into standards for greater economic benefits. Local domestic standards also basically reflect the interests of local enterprises. Since local standards vary from place to place and meet local standards, it is difficult to meet foreign standards. In essence, local standards hinder the development of industries across the country.
