Zhang Shixian, deputy general manager and spokesperson of Jingdian, said that due to the strong demand for LED sapphire substrates for LED upstream, the sapphire substrate will increase sharply in 2010, and the cost ratio of sapphire substrates has been raised to 15%~20%.
