As recent reports suggest, the highly anticipated Audi RS Q8 might share the same platform as the Lamborghini Urus. This new powerhouse is rumored to come equipped with a 4.0-liter V8 twin-turbo engine, capable of propelling the vehicle from 0 to 100 km/h in under five seconds.

The unveiling of Audi's first full-size SUV, the Q8 concept car, took place at the 2017 North American Auto Show. Analysts predict that the RS Q8 will feature a host of sporty upgrades over the Q8 concept car, including aerodynamic enhancements that will improve both handling and overall performance.

According to Stephan Winkelmann, head of Audi Sport, the RS Q8 will have a larger body size than the Q7, measuring 5020mm in length, 2040mm in width, and 1700mm in height. It will come with 305/35 R23 tires and advanced laser matrix headlights. Additionally, the car will boast a cutting-edge high-definition touch screen display, focusing on both comfort and performance.

In terms of power, the Audi RS Q8 is expected to be fitted with a 4.0-liter V8 twin-turbo engine delivering over 450 kW (612 PS). The transmission is likely to be paired with an 8-speed automatic gearbox. Reports indicate that the RS Q8’s 0-100 km/h acceleration time will be under five seconds. With these impressive specs, the Audi RS Q8 is set to deliver an unparalleled driving experience, combining luxury and performance in one package.
