On January 13, Changzhi Municipal Government and Philips Electronics Co., Ltd. signed an LED strategic cooperation agreement. Li Xiaopeng, member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and executive deputy governor, attended the signing ceremony.
It is understood that Changzhi City has basically formed a vertical LED industrial chain. During the "12th Five-Year Plan" period, it will concentrate on building LED photoelectric industrial parks and vigorously promote the application of advanced LED products. After the signing of the contract between Changzhi City and Philips Electronics, the two parties will use Changzhi's existing LED industry chain resources to explore exchanges and cooperation in the middle and lower reaches of LED lighting; Changzhi City will promote the city's key enterprises, scientific research institutions and Philips at all levels. R&D institutions cooperate in the LED industry to improve the local core innovation capabilities of Changzhi City. Philips Electronics will help Changzhi City promote the application of LED and other energy-saving products. In addition, the two parties will also introduce innovative financing models such as contract energy management in the implementation process according to actual needs.
