Today, I want to share an interesting "engineer-level" trick that might seem a bit technical but is actually pretty cool. These are special hidden commands or features that product engineers often use during development. Let me start with a simple example using an iPhone.

Take a look at the screenshot from the fourth brother’s mobile phone. Can you spot the difference? If not, pay attention to the top-left corner where the signal strength is displayed. One shows a traditional bar graph, and the other displays a negative number. That’s the trick!

To activate this engineer-level feature on your iPhone, follow these 5 steps:

1. Open the iPhone dial pad.
2. Enter: *3001#12345#* and press the call button.
3. You’ll now see the Field Test app open.
4. Look at the top-left corner — the signal strength will now show as a negative number (in dBm).
5. Hold the power button until the “Slide to Shut Down” screen appears, then press the Home button to return to the home screen. This keeps the digital display active.

Now, you can toggle between the bar graph and the numeric display by tapping the top-left corner. It’s a neat little trick that might come in handy when testing signal strength.

As the title suggests, there’s also an engineer-level technique for recording a Ford remote key. Before I explain it, let me remind everyone: this should never be used for illegal purposes. Here’s how it works:
