The Guangxi Provincial Construction Engineering Electromechanical Equipment Tendering Center is entrusted by the bidding and purchasing unit to conduct domestic public bidding for road lighting project construction and equipment procurement and installation projects. The Rongan County Government Procurement Office will supervise the whole process of the bidding activities. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
I. Bidder's qualification requirements: Must have the qualification of municipal public works construction general contracting level 3 or above, and the project manager is the second or second grade qualification of the registered construction engineer and passed the annual examination.

Contents of the bidding: night lighting project in the lower reaches of Hexi Dike in Rong'an County; night lighting project in Hedong Dyke; street lighting renovation project in Rongjiang South Road; night lighting project in the upper reaches of Chang'an Bridge in Hexi Dyke; night lighting project in Chang'an Bridge; street lighting project in the northern section of Rongjiang North Road Arch Bridge; Government Building Lighting Project; streetlight project at the intersection of Hongwei Village and County Vocational School of National Highway 209; streetlight project of 209 National Road Health Center to gas station in Daliang Town; streetlight project of 209 National Road Smelting Plant via Fushi Town to Sugar Factory; West, South and North of Chang'an Square Door night lighting project. The legal representative and project manager of the enterprise shall register with the following materials: a copy of the business license and qualification certificate, a safety production license, an organization code certificate, a tax registration certificate, a bank account opening permit, a legal representative and a project manager ID card, and a legal representative. Person A certificate, second or second class registered construction engineer certificate and valid safety assessment certificate (B certificate), safety officer C card, project manager and safety officer's endowment insurance manual, introduction letter within the validity period of registration, outside the district The construction enterprise shall provide the registration certificate for the enterprise outside the district. (A copy of all the above documents shall be stamped with the official seal of the legal person and the originals shall be verified).
