The process parameters of the spray cup spray gun used in the spray booth are as follows.
1 working voltage: amino paint 75kV, acrylic paint 70kV.
2 paint liquid resistivity: 10 ~ 50M Ω · cm.
3 paint viscosity: amino paint 24s, acrylic paint 22s (the above viscosity is measured by the coating-4 viscometer). The viscosity is too large, the paint film is rough and easy to produce orange peel; the viscosity is too small, the paint film is too thin and no light.
4 paint amount: 40mL / min is appropriate. Too much atomization is not good; too small is not coated.
5 spray gun and workpiece distance: 30cm is appropriate. Too far inefficient; too close to safety.
6 workpiece conveying speed: 0.8m / min is appropriate.
7 spray gun speed: 2800r / min or more, for alkyd paint 4000r / min or more. The speed is low, the spray particles are large, and the paint film is not smooth. The Omega spray booth and the rotary disc can be referred to the above parameters.
