1. The ball machine uses power: AC24V. The input voltage of the dome will be indicated on the base of the dome or the corresponding location.
2. The inside of the dome is precision optics and electronic devices. In the process of transportation, storage and installation, it is necessary to prevent incorrect operation methods such as heavy pressure and severe vibration, otherwise it may cause damage to the product.
3. Please do not disassemble the internal components of the dome to avoid affecting the use. There are no user-serviceable parts inside.
4. In use, you must comply with all electrical safety standards, and use the dedicated power supply that comes with the machine. RS-485 and video signals should be kept at a sufficient distance from high-voltage equipment or cables during transmission. If necessary, prevent lightning protection and surge protection.
5. Do not directly use the high-speed ball for outdoor use, to avoid the rain and damp of the ball machine. Please do not use it in wet places. If installed outdoors, a sealed enclosure must be used, and it is absolutely forbidden to use it alone in the open air.
