Tyco Electronics builds plug-in LED lighting connectors

This new product is a low profile surface mount (SMT) two-position connector that is ideal for board-mounted LED strip interconnects, lighting controllers and other plug-in wiring.
Tyco Electronics' plug-in LED connectors are easy to use and save customers a lot of production time and cost. It provides fast and reliable cable termination, especially when used on single-sided aluminum-based boards, which can replace manual soldering, reducing labor. In addition, the plug-in LED connector is also packaged in a reel, suitable for high-speed surface mount equipment, the shell is made of high-temperature plastic, in line with the reflow soldering process requirements.

The flame retardant rating of UL94-V0 ensures product safety. In addition, the product has a reel package of 800 and the package specification conforms to ANSI/EIA Standard 481-C.
This plug-in LED connector is also easy to use for customers. It is not only suitable for 18AWG 6~16 core stranded wire, but also for 18~22AWG solid core wire and 18~20AWG pre-bonded multi-strand. Stranded wire. The connector is UL c/UL certified, rated at 4A at 48VDC and rated at 4A at 250VAC. The mechanical cable retention is not less than 5 lbs.
