Yesterday, the website of the Ministry of Science and Technology released the "12th Five-Year Plan for Semiconductor Lighting Technology Development" (referred to as "Planning"), and the industrial scale will reach 500 billion. "Planning" requires that by 2015, we will achieve breakthroughs in key technologies from basic research, cutting-edge technology application, to demonstration application of the entire innovation chain, and the realization of key production equipment and important raw materials in China; focus on the development and standardization of new healthy and environmentally friendly semiconductor lighting. By 2015, the scale of industry will reach 500 billion yuan, and 20-30 leading companies with core technologies, more independent intellectual property rights and independent brands will be fostered, 40-50 innovative high-tech enterprises will be supported, and 50 “Ten Cities” will be built. "Million" pilot demonstration cities and 20 industrialization bases with strong innovation capabilities and distinctive characteristics.
