On May 26, it was learned from the State Grid Gansu Provincial Electric Power Company that at present, the 750 kV Lanzhou East Substation Power Transmission Patrol Robot Project of Gansu Electric Power Maintenance Company entered the end of the lack of production and has already been “on the jobâ€.
The project was officially implemented on October 16, 2014. The operation and maintenance personnel in the station participated in the debugging of the robot all the time. On the project list, they listed the robot inspection tasks in detail, including the switching knife switch indication check, infrared temperature measurement, main oil level oil temperature and so on. At the end of each inspection, the robot will accurately record the real-time data. The operation and maintenance personnel only need to compare and analyze the data recorded by the robot to understand the health of the equipment.
The introduction of intelligent robot inspection system will effectively reduce the labor intensity of operation and maintenance personnel and improve the automation and intelligence level of inspection. At present, intelligent robots are still being debugged, and roads and auxiliary facilities are constantly improving. After the commissioning is completed, the intelligent robot will carry out intelligent inspection on the Lanzhou East Substation in an all-weather, all-round and fully automatic manner, providing a strong guarantee for the realization of operation and maintenance integration, unattended operation, and on-site monitoring of the whole process.
