3. Bidder qualification requirements
3.1 The bidder shall require the qualification of the bidder, among which, the proponent proposed by the bidder must have [registered civil engineer (geosite)].
3.2 The Commonwealth does not accept bids from the Consortium.
3.3 Each bidder may participate in the bidding for the above 1 bid, but the maximum allowed bid is 1 bid.
3.4 The bidder or proposed project leader should have other requirements:
(1) The bidder has the qualification of independent legal person and Class A qualification of engineering survey and design professional. Taizhou City Engineering Survey Geotechnical Laboratory must also be qualified for Class I or Class II qualification. Within the validity period, if there is no Geotechnical Laboratory qualification for the surveying company in this city, other provinces, and cities to investigate into Thailand, the company will engage in engineering within the city. When surveying the business, we should entrust the city with a class of geotechnical laboratory qualification units to conduct the geotechnical test, and sign a commissioned test contract, and must not bring the sample out of the city for geotechnical tests.
(2) The general person in charge of project investigation to be selected shall have a certificate of qualification for a registered geotechnical engineer issued by the Ministry of Construction.
