The project focuses on smart landscape development, smart lighting, smart parking, and smart sanitation. It will be implemented under the PPP (Public-Private Partnership) model, specifically using the BOT (Build-Operate-Transfer) or DBFOT (Design-Build-Finance-Operate-Transfer) approach. The total estimated investment is 1.185 billion yuan, with a cooperation period of 17 years, including a 2-year construction phase and a 15-year operation period.
Feile Audio stated that this project will enhance its experience in smart city and smart lighting engineering, further strengthening its market position. It also supports the company’s long-term goal of becoming a leading general contractor and operator in the smart city sector.
